My Mission
In today’s workplace, communication can often be clouded by jargon and complexity. My approach is to simplify and clarify, using straightforward language and developing practical solutions—whether they’re technological, process-based, or otherwise.
My process typically involves:

- Assembling and leading talented teams
It’s not rocket science, but it works.
Throughout my extensive career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional individuals across various industries including media, advertising, recruitment, and fashion. From the early days of the .com boom to the present, I have navigated many roles—consultant, team leader, and member of larger groups, adapting to whatever was required.
I’ve been fortunate to contribute to the creation of innovative products and to clean up the remnants of others’ projects—acting, at times, like a janitor of sorts.
Much of my work involves change management. This doesn’t always mean implementing new technologies or overseeing major rollouts. Sometimes, it’s as simple as asking, “Is there a better way?” Again, not rocket science, but it makes a significant difference.
